Safe Harbor is in desperate need of financial help!
Please make your tax-deductible donation today, you will be saving more
than a life! You will be saving our no-kill shelter, our home!
We are suffering one of the worst years ever in terms of donations. Our
shelter is over capacity with homeless animals in need of homes. A
pregnant Mother dogfrom as far away as Dade County seeking shelter. A
stray cathit by a car suffers multiple fractures that will need
surgery. A dog's hip is broken when caught in the cross fire of a
domestic dispute. The list goes on and on. These are just a few
examples of what we see on a daily basis here at Safe Harbor.
Most are victims of abuse and neglect, the majority are in need of medical care.
Medical care that costs Safe Harbor hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to treat these sick and injured animals.
Below, is a poem that was written by a grateful client. I think it says
it all about who we are and the work we do here at Safe Harbor. Please,
won't you help us out of our bind? Help keep Safe Harbor safe and
sound! Make a donation today either online or mail your check to PO Box
1843 Jupiter Fl. 33468.

Please pass this letter to ten of your animal loving friends and ask them to please support Safe Harbor today!
There's a special place called Safe Harbor
That performs miracles all around
Helping animalsis what they do
Making sure theyare safe and sound
Recently we've come into some very bad luck
And have been totally down and out
I've come close to death several times
Much more than I care to count
On top of all that has happened
Our beautiful dog Trixy became very ill
We were so very close to losing her
Because we couldn't afford her bill
But the awesome staff at Safe Harbor
Had something else in mind
They weren't about to let her die
And unselfishly helped me out of a bind
Their caring compassionate humanity
Brought back the faith I had tossed
For they saved my baby's life
And gave me back the trust I had lost
(Trixy's Mom) 4/23/07
On behalf of all the animals that seek shelter from the storm, thank you for your support and for caring!
Humanely Yours,
