Highlights of Harbourside Place - Jupiter, FL - August 2014.
Parts of Harbourside Place, including the Wyndham Grand are scheduled to open October 1, 2014. You can get a sneak peek here by viewing the below slideshow. Harbourside Place is hosting events throughout the year and has a whole month of events scheduled for their grand opening in December!
This place is initially deceiving when viewing from US1 or Indiantown Rd. It appears congested from the roads and I know this has been a major issue for many who have seen it from that vanatge. It was pleasantly enlightening to visit the property and walk the streets and ampitheater in person. Streets and pathways are nice and wide and feel comfortably roomy while roaming the paths. Landscaping is expertly done and provides a beautiful compliment to the surrounding color scheme and decor, such as sculptures mostly aquired from local artists.

What does this mean for Jupiter?
Harbouside will help us keep Jupiter dollars in Jupiter. It will provide us the dining, shopping and entertainment offered at other places like Downtown at the Gardens and CityPlace in WPB. No need to travel out of our own little corner of paradise!
Supporting these businesses is expected to genertate an additional $750,000 in property tax revenue and surrounding venues are already stepping up their services to compliment those in Harbourside. We cannot deny we have needed a new movie threater for a decade!
