| Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s Turtle Walks To Begin Advance Reservations |
provider writes, "Loggerhead Marinelife Center has announced that Turtle Walk registration will begin starting May 1.
Turtle Walks, which occur on selective nights in June and July in Juno Beach, are designated to allow the public to observe the nesting activity of loggerhead sea turtles without disrupting them. Turtle Walks begin promptly at 9:00 pm with a half hour presentation and typically conclude by midnight."

Advance reservations are required, as space is limited. Turtle Walks are $8.00 per person (non-member) or $5.00 per person (member). All individuals, including children, are required to pay in advance to reserve a spot. The Center can accommodate up to 35 people per night. Sorry no refunds or rainchecks, payments from cancellations will go towards turtle care.
To learn more about sea turtles and the nesting habits, visit the Loggerhead Marinelife Center; hours are 10 am – 5 pm Monday thru Saturday; 12 pm - 3 pm Sunday. The nonprofit organization is committed to the conservation of marine life through public education, research and rehabilitation with a focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles. In addition to providing educational programs, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center operates a sea turtle rehabilitation program, and features aquariums and other marine exhibits and is located at 14200 US Highway One in Juno Beach.
